Emotional Eating Tip?

Go to your library and read about emotional eating? That's a tip given in an article about emotional eating. The article is titled Control Binge Eating - Start Getting Control Over Your Life

Other tips are to discipline yourself, choose healthier foods, be aware of the thoughts you have before you eat, and drink two glasses of water and eat a huge salad instead of the comfort foods.

No mention of dealing with the emotions--simply recycled old hat advice.
It's the inability to recognize the emotions and deal with the stress of the emotions that leads to binging. And yes, binging is emotional eating.
